Gift a personal training session

We found that on average people experiencing homelessness spend 18 hours alone every day. The Sport Project provides opportunities for clients to socialize and combat isolation by building friendships through group exercise and sport sessions.

These sessions help our clients improve their mental health and leave homelessness behind for good.

'The sport sessions give me hope for the future, I'm a lot more confident. I used to volunteer and help others and I'd like to do it again.’
